This project is a new home for a site within the Town of Telluride, Colorado. The home is targeted to receive a Platinum rating under the US Green Building Council LEED for Homes rating system.

Currently under construction.

Sustainable measures include:
site within walking distance of community resources, within relatively dense zoning
re-location of existing home, donation to Habitat for Humanity
site-adapted, non-invasive landscaping
high-performance building envelope
efficient mechanical systems
material-efficient framing
waste minimization
environmentally preferable interior finishes
air infiltration control, filtering
